Product

The iNexBot stamping robot motion control system is a software suite designed specifically for the stamping industry. It supports multiple communication methods to meet different on-site requirements, and is built on the C2200-A02 + T30/T40 hardware platform with standard 6+5 axis motion control. The modular design supports loading, transfer, unloading, and single-machine scenarios, as well as general depalletizing and palletizing requirements.

  • IO wiring solution: robots check each other for pick/place permission, with press control and mode determination

  • PLC master control solution: the PLC commands robot actions and notifies whether to pick or place

  • Networked communication solution: robots communicate over Ethernet to share production status with each other and coordinate next actions

  • Supports early or delayed pick/place to precisely compensate for environmental factors such as air pressure via parameters

  • Supports five levels of trajectory blending; fused trajectories produce longer paths while maintaining high-speed operation

  • Supports dual grippers picking and placing together, or picking together and placing separately
