NexDroid
NexDroid Open Platform
The NexDroid open platform offers custom development solutions for multiple platforms.
Abilities
The NexDroid is a versatile, open industrial motion software platform. With language interfaces such as C++/Lua/C#/Python provided by NexDroid, you can quickly develop automation equipment for different industries.
NexDroid supports multiple hardware and software platforms, allowing for easy portability to hardware carriers based on Intel or ARM architectures, and is compatible with real-time operating systems like Linux, Sylix, VxWorks, and Guoxun Xinwei(NIIC).
The motion control interface of NexDroid complies with the PLCopen standard, providing standard process support for single-axis, axis group, master-slave, electronic cam, and more.
Communication protocols supported include EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and CC-Link IE TSN.
NexDroid supports OPC-UA and component-based programming models based on DDS or IEC-61499.
NexDroid can also support robot models, including over twenty types such as four-axis, six-axis, and collaborative robots, and supports customer-defined kinematics and dynamics algorithm implementations.
Built-in General Processes
The system comes with a variety of built-in general processes such as loading and unloading, sorting, palletizing, spraying, gluing, vision, and conveyor tracking, which can be customized according to user needs. By utilizing the built-in general process functions, users can conveniently and quickly implement the required processes.
Open Interface
The iNexBot [NexDroid Robot Open Platform] (https://openroboticsalliance.com) provides open API interfaces, enabling anyone to develop applications. It supports customers in conducting custom development and integrating processes based on C/C++/C#/Python/Lua/Js, allowing them to retain core process expertise in their own hands. This is beneficial for protecting the customer's intellectual property and domain expertise.

Offline Programming
The iNexBot control system supports offline programming technology and currently supports multiple offline programming software: Sprutcam, RobotMaster, PQArt, etc., which can be widely applied in various fields such as engraving and spraying.
High Precision
With the support of the robot's inherent precision, the trajectory accuracy of the NRC series control system can reach within ±0.4mm, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach within ±0.02mm.
