Let’s Go Play!——iNexBot 2022 Team Building Event Highlights Review
With the concept of balancing work and leisure, ensuring both rest and enjoyment, and providing opportunities for new and old employees to get to know each other, communicate more, and exchange WeChat contacts, recently, iNexBot organized collective team-building activities for all employees at its headquarters in Nanjing and its branch in Dongguan.
Nanjing
On May 27th, on a sunny and clear day, we had a team-building activity. It was a perfect moment, everyone gathered together, so let's take a group photo!
This team-building activity was arranged at the national AAAA-level tourist attraction, Yun You Valley in Nanjing. There's barbecue! There's an amusement park! It's a great place for collective fun! And there's a famous glass suspension bridge where you can overlook the entire scenic area.
Of course, the cameraman who is afraid of heights quickly rushed back after taking the photos on the bridge.
There are quite a few attractive guys and girls in iNexBot, but we hope to have more friends join us to enhance our average appearance level!
The scenic area is filled with various amusement facilities such as big pendulum, roller coaster, pirate ship, and trapeze. Due to the low number of visitors, there's no need to wait in line. The iNexBot-ers took turns waking up every security guard and screamed repeatedly on the big pendulum and roller coaster. Unfortunately, some attractions have weight and height restrictions, so some overweight individuals from the company had to stand aside with their hands on their hips and exclaim, "Yo yo yo, wow, these young people are really courageous!"
The most important thing when going out to play is to satisfy our appetite. Once it was time, we went to the barbecue area and lit up the grills. As industrial elites, starting a fire for grilling is an easy task for the iNexBot-ers. There are a few comrades pretending to be calm while playing cards, seemingly with red eyes from the smoke. But why are tears streaming from the corners of their mouths?
Certainly, iNexBot welcomes culinary elites from all over the country to come and elevate our average cooking level!
After being well-fed and well-drinked, we engaged in post-meal recreational activities such as flying kites, playing poker, and more. It was truly joyful and enjoyable!
Dongguan
The team from Dongguan couldn't miss out on team-building, so here we are at Songshan Lake Ecological Park. Despite the rainy weather on the day, it didn't dampen our excitement at all!
The chosen location for this team-building event, Songshan Lake Ecological Park, couldn't be better described than by Tao Yuanming's poem: "Picking chrysanthemums by the eastern fence, leisurely I behold the southern mountains." The park's scenery features interconnected mountains, surrounded by lush landscapes, with pavilions and towers harmoniously complementing each other. Everywhere you go, there is vibrant life, making it a natural oxygen bar.
Upon entering the park, the team members couldn't wait to engage in an intense and thrilling real-life "Counter-Strike" game. Throughout the process, everyone encouraged each other and solved problems through communication.
The off-road vehicle experience was truly exhilarating. The route had its challenges, with rough downhill bends. But how could a little setback stop us? Perhaps some colleagues faced obstacles, but we helped each other, and everyone reached the finish line successfully.
As the rain intensified while we were having fun, but how could we let it dampen our spirits? Barbecue is definitely an essential activity for team building, where delicious food keeps pouring in. Despite the adverse weather, it didn't hinder anyone's enthusiasm, and our buddies showcased their great skills!
Summary
During this team-building outing, everyone enjoyed laughter, open conversations, and created a harmonious and inclusive group atmosphere. It not only brought joy and relaxation but also deepened our emotional connections with each other. Although the event has come to an end, our passion is still burning, and this activity has greatly benefited us. I believe everyone will put in their utmost effort and wholeheartedly engage in future work, becoming an even greater team and walking alongside the company towards a better future! Looking forward to the next team-building event!
