Product Introduction

The iNexBot C1201 industrial robot control system is based on an IPC + RTOS design, using the X86 computing platform with the Linux RT real-time operating system.

The C1201 controller has multiple network ports, digital input/output ports, RS485/232 COM interfaces, and a CAN interface built in, making it easy for users to connect equipment. The C1201 also adds a supercapacitor plus management IC that provides 10 seconds of power after an external power failure.

iNexBot's proprietary control algorithms support standard robot configurations such as serial articulated, parallel articulated, SCARA, cartesian, and link-type structures, and can also be customized for special-structure articulated robots.

Thanks to iNexBot's outstanding hardware platform and algorithm capability, the NRC series control systems support heterogeneous multi-robot collaboration, as well as synchronized motion and interpolation of up to 64 axes.

iNexBot currently offers a broad range of general-purpose processes, including arc welding, TIG welding, laser welding, resistance welding (spot welding), laser cutting, spray painting, dispensing, palletizing, and conveyor tracking, with custom process development available on request.

Using the NexDroid OpenAPI interface, users can design and develop their own process systems and human-machine interfaces, and can even implement dedicated robot forward/inverse kinematics and trajectory-planning algorithms.

iNexBot control systems have been quality-verified on more than 10,000 industrial robot installations, earning customers' trust through their reliability and stability. iNexBot's unique NexDroid Open API further provides high scalability and configurability to meet the needs of customers across different industries.

Product Features

Technical architecture

Excellent scalability. The NRC series robot controllers use EtherCAT and CANopen buses for servo master/slave station connection, supporting synchronized motion of up to 64 axes and widely used in robot and CNC equipment control. Compared with traditional pulse-based control solutions, they dramatically reduce system wiring and maintenance costs while offering outstanding expandability.

Trajectory optimization

Multi-robot collaboration with secondary development support. The NRC supports multi-robot collaboration, simultaneously coordinating up to 4 industrial robots, and supports customer secondary development.

Product Advantages

Rich Interfaces

The C1201 controller has multiple network ports, digital input/output ports, RS485/232 COM interfaces, and a CAN interface built in, making it easy for users to connect equipment.

True Multi-Robot Capability

One controller can control 4 robots simultaneously, with each robot's parameters and programs fully independent of the others; in run and remote modes, all robots can be started and stopped in sync. In addition to one-to-many control, each robot can be paired with any type of external axis, including floor tracks, positioners, and gantries. Dual-robot collaboration mode is also supported, keeping the start/stop of two robots perfectly synchronized.

Built-In General-Purpose Processes

The system comes with general-purpose processes such as loading/unloading, palletizing, welding, seam tracking, vision, laser cutting, conveyor tracking, collision detection, and drag teaching, all customizable to user requirements. With these built-in functions, users can quickly and easily implement the processes they need.
